Bollería Martínez

La empresa de Bollería Martínez es un clásico de la repostería en España. Esta firma de origen burgalés inició su andadura en la década de 1950, se expandió desde Santander al resto de España, abrió nuevas fábricas y en 1999 fue adquirida por el gigante de la repostería Bimbo. Epifanio Martínez pasó de regentar una panadería a fabricar todo tipo de dulces para hostelería y particulares. La compañía tiene presencia global desde que fue adquirida por Bimbo.

De pequeña panadería hasta nuestros días

Epifanio Martínez pasó de regentar una panadería con la que repartía el producto en pueblos y aldeas a fabricar todo tipo de dulces para hostelería y particulares. Más tarde, empezó a fabricar pasteles en su pastelería de Santander y, posteriormente, inició la fabricación industrial. Hoy puedes encontrar todo tipo de dulces para el desayuno o la merienda, desde sobaos a mantecadas, magdalenas y pastas de té.
